Privacy and career-evidence handling
This notice explains Osnara's current product behavior in plain language. It does not add unsupported security, retention, confidentiality, or NDA-compliance promises.

What Osnara stores
Osnara stores the account information you provide and the career evidence, extracted text, project records, corrections, opportunities, saved outputs, and sharing settings needed to provide the product. Uploaded evidence and drafts are private unless you explicitly publish a supported page.
How AI processing is used
Osnara may send career-document or artifact content to our configured AI provider, OpenAI, when extraction, discovery, analysis, or grounded output generation requires it. Not every file follows the same processing path. Osnara keeps proposed discoveries and generated suggestions separate from facts you explicitly confirm.
Confirmation and Professional Memory
Discovery does not create a Career Library project. You review, correct, merge, clarify, exclude, or confirm proposals before they become durable project records. Later outputs can reuse confirmed evidence and corrections without treating an inference as a confirmed fact.
Private beta activation signals
Osnara records opaque product events such as an import starting, discoveries appearing, a typed review decision changing, an error category, and first-project confirmation. These signals exclude filenames, career text, project titles, evidence, answers, source hashes, and free-form error messages. Access is limited to Osnara beta administrators. Events remain with the account unless removed earlier for operations, and complete account deletion removes them.
Publishing and sharing
Publishing is always explicit. Public case studies and Featured Stories pages can be viewed and forwarded by anyone with their URL. Opportunity Portfolio links are unlisted, not access-controlled: anyone who receives a link can forward it. Later edits remain private until you explicitly republish. Stopping sharing revokes public access but keeps your private saved versions until you delete them or your account.
Confidential and NDA-restricted work
You are responsible for submitting and sharing only material you are authorized to use. Private processing, an NDA-restricted label, anonymized wording, or a text-only presentation does not itself authorize use of restricted source material or guarantee that a disclosure is permitted.
Removal and account deletion
You can remove individual supported artifacts and stop supported sharing from the product. Complete account deletion permanently removes your Osnara login, stored career evidence, projects, opportunities, saved outputs, and Osnara-hosted shared pages. The action stops and reports an error if required cleanup cannot be verified before the login is deleted.
